[Nascar Racing 2]

*Note Setup also work well with Nascar Racing 3

My Taladega Setup

Taladega has to be the most Awesome track for Super Speedways. I just wish they would have allowed to add Daytona to this N2 game so we could all compare the differences. (always politics and money). I think you will like my Taladega setup. I had it dialed in Nascar Racing 1, now here is the sequel. My setups rely a bit on the tires to get warmed up. So the first 10 laps probably won't be as fast, but after that, expect to get 201 or better in the draft. Watch it coming through the tri-oval. For some reason, my setup is really fast through there.....Probably a good thing if you are going for the lead on the last lap.

My DOVER DOWNS Setup

Dover is my favorite "High Bank" race track. In fact, we make a visit each spring to this track. It is called the Monster Mile by the locals, and probably for a good reason as you will see with my setup. Going in the turn is not a problem, coming out is.... Dover's bank helps you through the turn so you can push it going in. Coming off the turn is where you have to watch out, and almost brake a little to keep from slamming into the wall. Hey! Go fast and Turn Left. You will love my setup for Dover. It is geared up high so you can let off and allow he gear to slow you down, just feather and brake a bit coming off and shoot down the straights.

My BRISTOL Setup

Bristol is my Favorite Short Track. Next to Dover, it is my second favorite "High Bank" track. My Bristol setup is similar to Dover, in that it relies on Gear to help slow the car down going into the turn, and allows the car to accelerate quickly down the straights. Modeled from my Nascar 1 Dover and Bristol setup, you will be pleased with the results here. My setup is really fast so watch the turns as they come up quick. You can play with the Right Front Air Pressure a bit if you think it is too loose as the tires heat up. I noticed a push in the turns as the tires wear down and get hot... just like the real deal. Enjoy!
